After May 15th, the fee goes up to $50. I look forward to the new school year and would love to see some new faces!  If you have any questions, please call Wendy at 298-8425 ext. 738365.

Important Information for Rising 7th Graders
Students currently enrolled in 6th grade and entering the 7th grade in August 2014 must provide the school an updated Tennessee Immunization Certificate with proof of two additionalimmunizations:

1. Tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis booster ("Tdap"; required regardless of Td history (2013 update)

2. Verification of immunity to varicella (2 doses or history of disease)

We are reminding/encouraging 6th grade parents to have your child immunized NOW to eliminate long waits in June/July. ALL 6th grade students who receive/provide their updated Tennessee Immunization Certificate with proof of the two additional immunizations by Wednesday, May 21, will qualify for an ice cream incentive party! Incoming 7th graders will not be permitted to enroll/begin the 7th grade without the immunizations, so please schedule your child now to address this requirement early! (Note: Be sure to check with your pediatrician's office—some doctors administer these shots at the eleven-year-old checkup, so your child may already be compliant.)

Mark Your Calendar for the Spring Dance
The PTSO will be sponsoring a Spring Dance for students on Friday, May 23. Look for more information about this event in the coming weeks—we will definitely need parents to chaperone and help out!
